About Us

Welcome to LEAP, where Learning, Exploring, And Practice come together in a nurturing, joy-filled environment.

At LEAP, we emphasize an atmosphere of love, encouragement, and acceptance, supporting each child’s journey through hands-on activities that promote both creativity and cooperative play.

  • Our curriculum engages children with themes that spark enthusiasm—whether through paint, movement, drama, or music—and includes exposure to a rich variety of reading materials, from fiction to poetry, laying the foundation for reading readiness.

  • We guide children in developing mathematical thinking, reading readiness and motor skills, while also fostering a sense of God’s love and a responsibility to care for others. We invite you to learn more about how LEAP provides a supportive, imaginative, and growth-oriented experience for young learners.

Our Philosophy

At LEAP, our philosophy is rooted in the belief that 'God is love' (1 John 4:8).

We are dedicated to creating a learning environment where each child feels valued, safe, and loved. Our approach combines positive reinforcement with clear expectations and boundaries, providing a secure environment that allows children to thrive through exploration and interaction. We support growth in five key areas: social, emotional, intellectual, physical, and spiritual.

Through hands-on learning, we guide children in developing strong social skills, emotional resilience, and intellectual curiosity. Physical activities promote motor skills and healthy habits, while spiritual lessons reinforce that God’s love and forgiveness are foundational to their lives. At LEAP, we focus on fostering kindness, patience, and forgiveness, helping children build Christ-like character traits. Above all, our nurturing environment ensures that each child feels safe and valued, with no place for ridicule or corporal punishment. Join us as we create a supportive, love-centered foundation for lifelong learning and growth.

Curriculum

LEAP’s curriculum is designed to engage the whole child, fostering growth in five key areas: social, emotional, intellectual, physical and spiritual. We use a blend of play-based learning and structured activities, to encourage exploration and discovery through engaging themes. From art and music to early literacy and STEM, our curriculum supports a well-rounded educational experience, helping each child build the skills they need to thrive in school and beyond.

SOCIAL GROWTH

Children at LEAP build social skills through interactive play and group activities, learning to express likes, dislikes, and needs while respecting others. They practice essential skills like turn-taking, following classroom rules, and caring for toys and materials. These activities encourage kindness, independence, and teamwork in a warm, supportive environment.

INTELLECTUAL GROWTH

Our curriculum introduces foundational academic concepts, including early math, science, reading readiness, and writing. Through activities like counting, shape recognition, storytelling, and letter exploration, children develop skills in literacy and numeracy, preparing them for future academic success. Creative arts and music further enrich intellectual growth, sparking curiosity and imagination.

SPIRITUAL GROWTH

At LEAP, we teach that each child is uniquely loved by God, integrating Bible stories and monthly verses to share His love. Through simple, engaging lessons, children learn about their value and connection to God, building a foundation of faith and kindness.

EMOTIONAL GROWTH

We nurture emotional growth by encouraging children to express feelings, communicate ideas, and develop positive self-concepts. Activities are designed to help children grow in confidence and empathy, preparing them to navigate their emotions and interactions thoughtfully.

PHYSICAL GROWTH

Both fine and gross motor skills are emphasized through activities such as cutting, drawing, and assembling puzzles, along with running, jumping, and playing ball. These activities promote coordination, stamina, and strength, supporting children’s overall health and physical abilities.
