"The fact that Jesus is the Savior changes everything. In fact, there is not a spiritual problem in this room that could not be solved by a fuller understanding of the apostles’ doctrine. People have said that churches can be judgmental. You come in, and people are inspecting you, you feel watched. There is sufficient dynamite in the gospel to blow apart any hint of judgmentalism, because anyone who believes the gospel must also believe that they didn’t deserve a bit of God’s favor."
