Jonathan Threlfall

Pastor for Preaching and Teaching

Before coming to New Hampshire, I served for ten years as an assistant pastor in North Carolina and Virginia. Now at Trinity Baptist Church, I’ve been entrusted with the joyful task of proclaiming Christ to the people of God week after week. God promises that he will use his Word to build his church, and it is both thrilling and humbling to play a role in what God is doing here. Besides this, I get to work with a gifted team of pastors, deacons, and staff.

My aim to faithfully shepherd God’s people has shaped my educational journey. I have a B.A. in Humanities, an M.A. in Bible, a Th.M. in Biblical Spirituality, and a Ph.D. in Apologetics and Worldviews.

My beautiful wife Christa and our four children—Anna Grace, Nate, Miles, and Karis—serve alongside me. Christa and I are committed to strengthening our marriage, teaching our children to love God, and helping others become more like Christ.

I blog at jonathanthrelfall.com and rootedthinking.com.

Jon Hutchins

Pastor for Outreach and Discipleship

I was born in Maine. My family had moved to New England from the Midwest to plant churches. At an early age I was drawn to Christ and developed a strong desire to enter vocational ministry. After my theological studies I was invited to do several internships at Trinity. In 2002 God graciously provided Patty to be my wife. In 2004 I was ordained to the pastoral ministry and then commissioned and sent as Trinity’s gospel ambassador to the country of Brazil. We labored together with the Brazilians in theological training and church planting until 2017 when God led us on to work in China.

We never imagined that God would want us to return to our homeland and sending church. In 2019 we clearly heard the call through various circumstances and a personal invitation from Trinity Baptist Church to become the pastor for outreach and discipleship.
At Trinity Baptist Church, my aim is to faithfully model biblical outreach and discipleship to our church family. As a lifelong learner, my education has come through a variety of mentors and ventures. Formally, I have completed a B.A. in Pastoral Theology, an M.A. in Biblical studies, and an M.B.A in Business Administration.
My wife Patty has been my best friend and companion since we married in 2002. She completed her B.A. and three master’s degrees in education and has taught in three different countries. We love laboring together in the gospel through our relationships at church, work, and the community.

Ben Lamphere

Pastor for Family Ministries

As a New Hampshire native, I was thankful to be called in 2012 to pastor the teens at Trinity Baptist Church. It’s been a joy to teach young hearts the satisfaction of finding one’s identity in Christ. Over the years, my ministry has grown to include families as a whole. It’s a privilege to work with so many incredible volunteers at Trinity Baptist Church who faithfully serve.

As I’ve prepared academically for the ministry, I’ve received a B.A. in Biblical Studies and an M.A. in Bible.

My wonderful wife Amberley and I are grateful for our son, Mason who continually reminds us that all good gifts come from above. When I’m not fulfilling pastoral responsibilities, I’m spending time with Mason, drinking coffee with Amberley or cycling on the beautiful New Hampshire roads.

Mike Kingsley

Trinity Christian School Administrator

After earning a B.S. in Math Education and a M.S. in Educational Administration, I served in Christian schools in New England for thirteen years before joining the Trinity Christian School administration in July of 2013.  My desire is to complement Trinity Baptist Church’s mission of discipleship by partnering with families who seek to train their children spiritually, academically, and socially for lifelong service to Christ.

Along the way, I have the privilege of teaming with incredible faculty members who joyfully give themselves daily to providing our students with a Biblical worldview and quality education.  I enjoy spending time with our terrific student body by teaching math.

My wife Carrie and I were blessed to adopt twin daughters, Ana and Lily, in 2014.  God used the foster care process to increase our dependence on Him and to reveal His faithfulness and loving care for us.   When I’m not in the classroom or office, I enjoy coaching basketball, searching for golf balls in the woods, and rooting for our beloved New England teams with Carrie.
